PE Polyethylene
Polyethylene (PE) | Original Raw Material
Product Description
Polyethylene (PE) is a white, semi-permeable and highly durable thermoplastic polymer. It is divided into three main groups according to its density:
- LDPE (Low Density PE)
- LLDPE (Linear Low Density PE)
- HDPE (High Density PE)
The higher the density, the higher the stiffness and mechanical strength, but also the higher the softening temperature. Thanks to its excellent chemical resistance, PE is preferred for food packaging, chemical transportation, clean water pipes and economical packaging of products that need to be protected from scratches.
