Implementation:
For fixed installations in telecommunication and industrial electronic installations; used in fire risk environments, in projects requiring at least 180 minutes of insulation integrity and 90 minutes of circuit integrity.
Information:
These cables meet the test requirements of 180 min insulation integrity according to DIN VDE 0472-814/8.83 and 90 min circuit integrity according to IEC Publ. 331 and DIN 4102-12 (VDE 0100-710/718) and 90 min circuit integrity test requirements.
Structure
- Solid bare copper conductor
- Core sheath wrapped with glass fiber (MICA) tape
- Core isolation: Halogen-free, cross-linked polymer
- Conductors are divided into binary and quad star-quad groups
- Groups are identified by a helical "Z" mark or a ring mark on the insulation
- Plastic foil sheet
- Static screen Plastic laminated aluminum foil + 0.8 mm tinned drainage wire
- Outer sheath: Halogen-free polymer (HM 2), red, printed "BRANDMELDEKABEL"
