Implementation:
Suitable for fixed installations in telecommunication and industrial electronic installations. It is used in projects where insulation integrity must be maintained for at least 180 minutes and circuit integrity must be maintained for at least 30 minutes in fire risk environments.
Information:
These cables meet the test requirements of 180 minutes insulation integrity according to DIN VDE 0472-814/8.83 and 30 minutes circuit integrity according to IEC Publ. 331 (1970) and DIN 4102-12 (VDE 0100-710/-718) and 30 minutes circuit integrity test requirements.
Structure
- Solid bare copper conductor
- Core isolation Halogen-free ceramic-like copolymer
- Conductors are twisted in groups of two and four star-quad groups
- Groups are identified by the helical Z mark or ring mark on the insulation
- Plastic foil sheet
- Static screen Plastic coated metal foil + 0.8 mm tarred drainage wire
- Outer sheath: Halogen-free polymer (HM 2), orange color
