Product Descriptions

It is a twisted-pair, metal foil shielded (PIMF) data communication cable designed for RS-232 and RS-422 interfaces.

RS-422: Two-wire differential serial communication standard; operates without repeater up to 1220 m, supports 1 driver→10 receivers configuration. Provides communication from 100 kbps at 1200 m to 10 Mbps at 12 m. Offers much better noise immunity compared to RS-232 due to balanced output and differential input; can create point-to-multipoint links.

Bizerel Display (PIMF):
PES tape + tinned copper earth wire + PES tape around each pair
Twisting: Twisting of screened pairs in multiples
Release Tape: PES tape
General Screen Tinned earth wire + Al-PES foil + tinned copper wire mesh
Outer Sheath: EN 50290-2-22 PVC compound, RAL 7001 gray
